  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

  • We offer various shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. The available shipping options are:

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs duties and taxes are not collected at checkout.

  • For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to all countries. If your country is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.
  • We also do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Bahrna Fashion Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
  • In case of a damaged item, please contact our customer service team at bahrnajewelry@gmail.com immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
